K-Tron International, Inc., is a New Jersey corporation founded in 1964 that is a leading global provider of bulk solids material handling equipment and systems for a wide variety of manufacturing and other industrial processes, particularly in the plastics, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, power generation, coal mining, pulp and paper, and wood and forest products industries. The company serves these customers through two separate business liness, which focus on feeding and pneumatic conveying equipment (the Process Group) and on size reduction equipment, conveying systems and screening equipment (the Size Reduction Group). K-Tron has manufacturing facilities in the United States, Switzerland and the People's Republic of China, and its equipment is sold and serviced throughout the world.
